You've wiped the wrinkless off your face and trimmed the bulges from your body, now it's time to clear the cobwebs from your head. We've drown up a list of four activities to make you fell better about yourself and the people around you. No amount of styling, diating, and exercising can match the glow that cames from a truly happy and fulfilled heart, so try to get started on this list of to-dos as soon as you can.

1. START A JOURNAL - all you need is a notebook, a pen, and at least 15 minutes a day. Maintaining a diary is probably the most therapeutic things you can do for your soul. When someone upsets you, vent out your feelings in the journal instead of confronting the person. When you're lonely, worred, or frustrated, tell your journal about it. As you go along, re-reading all you're journal entries will help you gain a better understanding of your self.

2.SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEER WORK- Moping about your problems all the time is selfish and narcissistic. Focus instead on sharing yourself with those in need. PART (Professionals Actively Responding Today) is an organization that assign volunteers to projects best suited to their professional

3. DO SOMETHING YOU'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO DO BUT WERE AFRAID TO.- Life is too short to spend sitting by the sidelines wishing you could participate in other people's adventures but never having the courage to launch your own. take a trip out of town by yourself, or try out an adventure sport.

4. MAKE MONEY FROM YOUR HOBBY-  Do you simply love having candles around the house and wish you could make and sell your own? design to turn your hobby into a profitable business.

Education? Why so important?

Simple living is all I want;

Every knowledge accumulated,

Make my life more complicated.

 

Reading books here and lessons there,

I need to understand as weel as to remamber;

"Computer" class " programs" to jumble,

Try to "run or be ib trouble.

 

In evry exams that I'm doing to take,

Bringd my mind near to break;

But worst is there to wail still,

If I'm going to pass, or me to fail.

After college, wait for the next,

Getting a job I'm sure is the best.

Is pay sufficient?....another fear!

For in me expects my family dear...
